Using the Service
- You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own workflows, call routing, prompts, data inputs, and communications sent or recorded through the platform.
If your use case requires disclosures, consent, or notices under telecom, employment, privacy, or other laws, you are responsible for providing them.
Fees and Billing
Paid services are billed according to the plan, order form, or other commercial terms agreed with Ramba Voice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
We may suspend or limit access for overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
Ramba Voice and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, and related materials.
You retain rights in the data and content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramba Voice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or goodwill.
